Soif de cidre 2026: A look back at the 5th edition

Organized by the Producteurs de cidre du Québec and presented by the SAQ, Soif de cidre brought together over 40 exhibitors in 2026: cideries from all over Québec, as well as gourmet artisans. It was a great opportunity to discover the craftsmanship of artisans and the variety of Québec cider, from natural ciders to ice ciders, all made from local apples. Among the producers were Cidrerie Michel Jodoin, Cidrerie du Minot, Domaine Lafrance, and Cidrerie Denis Charbonneau.

At the Bistro SAQ, cider cocktail workshops and blind tastings were offered. On the food side, street food stalls complemented the discoveries, with vegetarian and vegan options, and music set the mood by the water. With a glass in hand, under the Griffintown sun, Soif de cidre had all the makings of a summer party.
