According to Tourisme Montréal, the venue can be heated on cooler evenings and covered in case of bad weather. Alizé is part of COGIR restaurants, which also includes Restaurant h3 and Le Coureur des Bois among its establishments. In 2025, the menu was entrusted to chef Jean-Sébastien Giguère.
