Who owns Pan Américan Pizza?

Chef Danny St Pierre, who has worked at Toqué! and the Auguste restaurant in Sherbrooke, is the creator of the concept. In January 2026, brothers Félix Lachapelle and Endi Moore, who have been working there since the opening, became co-owners alongside him.

What does "Pan Américan" mean?
