Les Premiers Vendredis is the largest gathering of street food trucks in Canada. Each summer, the Olympic Park esplanade in Montreal hosts dozens of food trucks, music, and a festive atmosphere. In 2026, the event celebrated its 15th anniversary.
Les Premiers Vendredis 2027: Dates to be confirmed
The 2026 season has ended. It featured four editions, each on a Friday and Saturday:
- June 5 and 6 (anniversary edition);
- July 3 and 4 (Montréal Olympique edition);
- August 21 and 22 (Fiesta Latina);
- September 4 and 5 (Asia in Madness).
The dates for the 2027 season have not yet been announced. Keep an eye on the official Les Premiers Vendredis website and their Facebook page.
Street food from around the world
More than 40 trucks and restaurants participate in each edition. The diversity of offerings is the event's great strength: street food from all cultures, desserts, drinks. Each edition can have its theme, like Fiesta Latina or Asia in Madness in 2026.
Programming and atmosphere
Music, DJs, and entertainment complement the gourmet offerings. It's an outing for everyone: family, friends, Montrealers, and tourists alike. The event is organized by the Association des restaurateurs de rue du Québec.
