La Grande Dégustation de Montréal returns from November 5 to 7, 2026 for its 16th edition at the Grand Quai du Port de Montréal. Presented by A3 and the SAQ, this event for wine and spirits enthusiasts is also an opportunity to shop before the holidays.

La Grande Dégustation 2026: Dates and Hours

  • Thursday, November 5: Professionals and media (11 AM to 4:30 PM), followed by the SAQ Inspire evening (5:30 PM to 9:30 PM).
  • Friday, November 6: Open to the public, from 2 PM to 9 PM.
  • Saturday, November 7: Open to the public, from 1 PM to 9 PM.

A World-Class Tasting Experience

This edition features 52 agencies, 235 producers, and over 1,700 products from 21 countries. Agencies and winemakers are on-site to advise visitors. Seven regions are highlighted: Burgundy and Chablis, Côtes du Rhône, Rioja, IGP Pays d'Oc, Prosecco DOCG and Montasio DOP, Bordeaux, and Greece.

Forty-five-minute workshops (master classes of 4 to 6 products, for example on Japanese sake or Chablis) take place on Friday and Saturday on the 2nd floor, at $16 + taxes or 18 coupons. Some are already fully booked.
