Alice et Theo (Alice & Theo) is a creative pastry shop and artisanal ice cream counter born on Wellington Street in Verdun. The project was launched by two families, who named it after their children and say they pour their hearts into it. Alice & Theo is, above all, a family story.
The Story of Alice & Theo
In the kitchen, you'll find chef Oleg Reznikov, who has worked in several Montreal restaurants, including Toqué! and XO at the Hôtel Saint-James. The owners' goal: to give a new taste to a familiar form, sometimes combining different cuisines in a single dessert, to surprise the tastes of both young and old. Quality ingredients and local producers and suppliers are prioritized.
The Menu: Ice Creams and Cream Puffs
- Artisanal Ice Creams: vanilla, bitter chocolate, spiced rum, tarte Tatin, or a vegan rose sorbet, according to The Main;
- Cream Puffs with changing flavors, like matcha or dark chocolate;
- Cakes: honey cake, Saint-Honoré available on order.
The menu evolves according to the season and customers' tastes. Check out the Alice & Theo website for current products and prices.
